Return Policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. therefore we insure that all of our items are inspected by our team before shipping to you. we do not accept return or exchange if the item is perfect . however, if the product has any damage from our side we accept return within 1 days of receiving the item . You are responsible for the cost of delivery to our premises. In addition, any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded

To request your return send an email to support@gazelleofficialstore.com. Before requesting a return, please make sure that you will be responsible for shipment costs and the product complies with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

• The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags, labels, stickers protective covers, boxes and dust bags. The security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included.
•  incomplete, damaged, worn , make-up stains , perfume smell and  altered items cannot be accepted.
• The return must be requested within 1 days from delivery of the order.
• it is not possible to accept a request for return one or more products that were purchased using a promotional code or during sale time or has been mentioned before paying that is non refundable item.
• If the item is damaged while in transit, it is down to you to take the matter up with the relevant party i.e. Airline, Bus Company, Tour Operator or Insurance Company.

Verifying the items is expected to take 5 to 7 business days After receiving the returned item we will check if it meets all our requirements. After that we will send you an email whether the returned product has been accepted or not. If we refused your request, You will be responsible for the shipment costs. However, if the we agree on your request the refund procedure will start within 30 days. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:

• purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the credit card company’s and Payment gateways policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
